## 1. SHIPPING ZONES

VELROVE ships worldwide to all countries within our active 
markets, including France, Europe, and international 
destinations.

## 2. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or 
public holidays are processed on the next business day.

## 3. SHIPPING TIMES & FEES

- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all orders
- Order tracking included with every shipment

## 4. ORDER TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will 
be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. 
You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website 
assigned to your order.

## 5. ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received your order within 10 business days 
after dispatch:

- First, check your parcel tracking on the carrier's website
- Verify that the delivery address you entered is correct
- Contact us at velrove.shop@proton.me with your order number

We will do everything possible to resolve the issue within 
48 business hours.

## 6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

VELROVE cannot be held responsible for delays or 
non-deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address 
provided by the customer. In the event that the parcel is 
returned for this reason, reshipment costs are the 
responsibility of the customer.

## 7. DAMAGED ITEM ON DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately 
at velrove.shop@proton.me with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

## 8. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. 
Items must be in their original condition. To initiate a 
return, please contact us at velrove.shop@proton.me with 
your order number.
